Dimensions:  4 1/4" x 4 1/2" x  2 1/4"                                                                                                       This art work, inspired by the fluid movement and graceful curves of the Arabic calligraphy , is formed by sandwiching copper and mica powder between layers of glass that are fused and slumped in a kiln at temperature reaching 1500F. Texturing is a crucial element, followed by the application of enamels and gold leaves .
